Overview - Permitting
Radial Wind permitting involves many federal and state agencies. We intend to follow each regulatory requirement for construction and operation of the Radial Wind Farm. Many agencies, including but not limited to the Department of the Interior's Mineral Management Service, the Great Lakes Interagency Task Force, US Coast Guard, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Defense will be involved in the process.
