Utilities - Clean Electricity

Wind power can provide a large, pollution-free source of electricity for utility companies in the years to come. Using wind to curtail global warming is a logical and cost-effective solution to reducing the amount of carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere. Increasing your community's reliance on renewable energy will result in more stable energy bills for consumers and prevent the need to meet future environmental regulations such as limits on global warming and mercury pollution.

Utilities have an opportunity to participate in the Radial Wind Farm's project by blending its electricity into the power used for customers. Utilizing the resources of Lake Michigan and improving the environment by purchasing clean renewable energy is now a legal requirement for utility companies or will very soon become one. Energy from the Radial Wind Farm will provide utilities with renewable energy to satisfy statutory mandates.
